My goal is to help you get the results you want by delivering a workout routine that fits into your daily schedule while advancing your fitness goals.
In 60 minutes of less, you will complete an effective full-body workout with focus on strength, power and stability. Your cardiovascular performance will get challenged by varying intervals of exercise intensity.
Types of Training:
Regardless of the exact routine, we will focus on functional training: instead of strengthening specific muscles in isolation, functional training is based on living, moving anatomy and full-body movements that carry over into life and sport performance. For example, instead of bicep curls, you will do an alternating side lunge with a bicep curl.
Eugenia is a founder of Mindset10 Fitness, Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. After over 12 years in management consulting, Eugenia left a corporate career to pursue her passion: helping people find joy in physical activity and turn it into a life-long habit.
As a wellness coach, she believes in the ability of small but sustainable life style changes to maximize our well-being, health, & longevity.
During pandemic, Eugenia stood up an outdoor bootcamp, which provided a way to stay not only fit but also socially connected during the trying times.
Credentials: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM); Health & Wellness Coach (Duke Health); Adult CPR (Red Cross).

Your fitness journey starts with the right mindset. Efforts based on pure disciple and willpower are not sustainable in a long run. If you'd like your efforts to last and exercise to turn into a daily habit, you you need a positive relationship with exercise.
