Most of my clients reach out with a specific goal in mind achievable via a lifestyle or behavior change. Yet, an abundance of conflicting information about 'healthy lifestyle' leaves them feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin or feeling 'stuck' having tried 'everything' with little results.
The good news is healthy lifestyle does not need to be complicated. I helped many clients break down complex goals into simple steps.

Various elements influence our health and wellness: physical activity, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and sense of fulfillment, to name a few (click here to learn more). Working on one area at a time and starting with 'tiny' steps allow to build a sustainable habit that becomes a part of your life.

How do you know you will succeed? What makes it different this time?
If having a plan to follow is all you need ...
During these 4 sessions, you will uncover your 'ideal vision' of healthy you and what really drives you to get there. You will set clear, realistic goals (based on where you are today) and create an actionable plan outlining the steps needed for change, considering potential obstacles and strategies to overcome them.
If you prefer a plan and a support system...
During these 8 sessions, you will not only create the plan of action but also will start implementing the planned changes gradually, focusing on one small step at a time. You will establish a routine and consistently practice the new behavior.
I will help you pivot, create backup plans to overcome obstacles and notice and celebrate small victories to keep you motivated.
If you like to leverage successes...
These 4 sessions can be added to Package # 1 to expand it to Package # 2. They also can be added to Package # 2 to work on an additional focus area and expand the successes learned during building a new habit into another area of your life.
