My name is Eugenia Klein, and I’m the founder of Mindset10, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT, CES). After over 12 years in management consulting, I left the corporate world to pursue my passion: helping others discover the joy of physical activity and turn it into a lifelong habit.
I stumbled upon exercise when I was 17. I never considered myself athletic, but everything changed when a track coach pulled me into a relay race to substitute for a sick athlete—and I discovered I could run! From then on, exercise became my anchor, especially during challenging times like when I moved to a new country alone and struggled with anxiety. It gave me confidence, boosted my self-esteem, and taught me how vital physical activity is for mental health and how much joy it can bring.
As time went on, I realized fitness is just one piece of the wellness puzzle. I expanded my focus to include other factors like nutrition, mindset, connectedness, and sleep. As a wellness coach, I believe small, sustainable lifestyle changes have the greatest impact on health and longevity. I don’t believe in myths—only in real work and the science behind exercise and wellness. That's why I focus on changes that are small, sustainable, and turn into lifelong habits.
I also believe in making changes with a clear "why" in mind. When we understand the bigger picture, that’s when lasting changes happen. Whether it’s running with your grandchildren, walking 10 miles a day in Europe with friends, or simply feeling strong lifting groceries, I want to help you experience that pride and confidence.
