" I have been to Mindset10's 7 a.m outdoor fitness classes for the past 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Eugenia is very enthusiastic and energetic, and she explains all the exercises very clearly beforehand. She mixes strength and cardio workouts and also introduces us to new equipment (e.g. loop bands). When the class is finished, you are surprised as it went by so fast! I really enjoy being able to exercise with a nice small group of hard working women while keeping safe distancing. Thanks a lot Eugenia for these great workouts!"
